IAPT (BDCFT) is a free NHS service to help people manage everyday problems such as feeling low, problems sleeping and experiencing stress. It can support people struggling with mild to moderate mental health concerns such as anxiety/depression, OCD and trauma amongst others via the use of guided self-help, 1-1 talking therapy and managing anxiety/depression groups. Options range from online courses in the comfort of your own home led by accredited practitioners to to phone or face to face sessions with a therapist.
